Most user concerns can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction by connecting to our customer support interface with your support.ea.com account. In the unlikely event that EA will not resolve a case to your satisfaction (or if EA fails to resolve a problem it has with you by trying to do so informally), you and EA agree to be bound by the following procedure to resolve any disputes between us. This provision applies to all consumers authorized by law, but expressly excludes residents of Switzerland, Russia, Quebec and the Member States of the European Union. In concluding this agreement, YOU and EA expressly waive the right to be tried by jury or to participate in a group action. This agreement must be broadly interpreted. It covers all disputes between us (“disputes”), including and without restriction: In addition to the information you provide directly to EA, EA does not personally collect identifiable (or anonymous) information to improve our products and services, provide services for you, provide software updates, dynamically provided content and product port and facilitate communication with you. The non-identifiable information EA collects includes technical and related information that identifies your computer (including the Internet protocol address) and operating system, as well as information about the use of your game (including, but not just a successful installation and/or deletion), software, software usage and peripheral hardware. As mentioned above, this information is regularly collected for purposes such as improving our products and services, troubleshooting, providing services for you and improving your user experience. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ASSIGNMENT Sparx guarantees that it owns all rights (including, but is not limited to all copyrights and other property rights) on and over the PRODUCT OF THE SOFTWARE and that it is authorized to grant the licenses contained in this CLA in the PRODUCT SOFTWARE without further authorization. With an EA, you make the expected payments in exchange for a mandatory set of software, services and training for the duration of the agreement.

If you can`t continue with the STANDARD EA business model, keep the EA licenses and purchase maintenance when you need it.
