Unfortunately, Stines signed a contract that allowed him to use his voice as the Carters see fit. But she says the agreement on her was forced on the day of the shooting and under false pretenses. Therefore, it considers that it should not be bound by the treaty. Moreover, the fact that she was not recognized on the album left her sense of “artistic rape”. Carter visited the heads of state he should rely on to allow a peace agreement. By the end of his first year in office, he had already met with Anwar El Sadat of Egypt, King Hussein of Jordan, Hafez al-Assad of Syria and Yitzhak Rabin of Israel. Despite his support for the Sadat peace initiative, King Hussein refused to participate in the peace talks; B├ęgin offered little to Jordan, and Hussein also feared that he would isolate Jordan from the Arab world and provoke Syria and the PLO if he participated in the peace talks. [7] Hafez al-Assad, who was not interested in peace negotiations with Israel,[8] refused to come to the United States and only agreed to meet Carter in Geneva. The SALT II agreement was the result of many of the remaining resusctive questions of the 1972 SALT I Treaty. Although the 1972 treaty limited a large number of nuclear weapons, many issues have not been resolved.

Talks between the United States and the Soviet Union began almost immediately after the ratification of SALT-I by the two nations in 1972. However, these discussions did not bring new breakthroughs. In 1979, the United States and the Soviet Union sought to restart the process. For the United States, the fear that the Soviets would advance in the arms race was the main motivator. For the Soviet Union, there is growing concern about the increasingly close relations between America and Communist China. The Camp David Agreements were some political agreements signed by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin on September 17, 1978[1] after twelve days of secret negotiations at Camp David, the site of the U.S. President`s withdrawal in Maryland. [2] The two framework agreements were signed at the White House and were attested by President Jimmy Carter. The second framework (a framework for the conclusion of a peace treaty between Egypt and Israel) led directly to the 1979 peace agreement between Egypt and Israel. Under the agreement, Sadat and Begin were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1978.

The first framework (a framework for peace in the Middle East) dealing with the Palestinian territories was written without the participation of the Palestinians and condemned by the United Nations.
